The observation deck of Rockefeller Center is set to re-open, and they're expecting up to 2 million people a year to visit and take advantage of the 80 mile view (on a clear day, of course.) I like the guy who said that the Empire State Building may be taller, but you can't see it when you're standing on top of it. From the 'Top of the Rock,' you get to really appreciate the marvel it is.
