SOMMS - NC BBQ is awesome (love the vinegar) and so different from Midwestern BBQ which is sweeter. We go to the Outer Banks and have it one night during our stay.

Only one night? Damned Yankee's! You're supposed to have it every other night. The other night is for Calabash Style Seafood (everything's batter dipped and fried) and Brunswick Stew.
