Posted: 1/26/09 at 10:57amThe Obamas stated publicly (in the 60 Minutes interview, maybe?) that they would not get a puppy until they were 'settled' in the White House. They said probably early spring. So, we'll probably have to wait a couple of months to meet the First Pup.

That's just not true. Terrorists LOVE puppies, but only if they're cooked and seasoned properly.

I wish I were a Democrat. When they ask their families for a dog, they get "well dear, if we win the election, then you certainly may have your puppy!". When I ask if I can have a dog, I just get a flat "no". 
At least I can get a kitty soon though. :3

I don't need a life that's normal. That's way too far away. But something next to normal would be okay. Something next to normal is what I'd like to try. Close enough to normal to get by.
