Looks like I'm really starting to think like a BWW-er. He fascinated me, too, when I started reading his posts. He said in one of them that his wife is cooking lamp chops - yes, that was lamp chops - which I assume are lamb chops, so he's not single and he's not a vegan. And he sounds quite erudite about the theater. Gay or straight? I couldn't begin to guess.

This seems like someone who really isn't all that bright, as opposed to someone just acting. Otherwise, we wouldn't have figured out so quickly that they were a sock puppet.

Miss Pennywise, are any of us what exactly what we purport to be? I'm just relating a couple of things I happened to see in a couple of other threads, offering my contribution, as it were, to the "Who is Curly3" thread. Within the context of our cybersphere, this is the persona he's creating. How real it is - who knows?

I'll be happy to watch you guys uncover the truth of him(her?).

At least most of us stay consistent in the course of a day.

This Curly3 fella went from a general American speech pattern to all of a sudden becoming a cowboy about halfway through his postings so far.

excuse me mr joey, theres no reason for you to be callin me names. i have not done or said anythin to you. your like a guy in my hometown. fancy ann we called him. he dressed up in ladies cloths and walked down main street. he would curse at any of the men and call 'em names. everyone would start laughin of course but i didnt i felt sorry for fancy ann. see i thought he was a lonely critter who jus wanted attention. last time i went home they tole me fancy ann was taken away. thins got so bad he was struttin down the street naked as a jaybird and carrying an umbrella and askin anyone in breeches to come to his place. he was one lonely crazy devil. now i read the things you write here and you remind me of fancy ann. lemme jus say theres no need to be callin people names especially someone like me who jus started postin. i aint don nothin to cause that. you have a good day now mr joey.

the new head of the met is peter gelb who happens to be the son of arthur gelb former editor of the new york times. arthur and barbara gelb wrote the definite biography of eugene o'neill. it is the same zefferelli who directe romeo & juliet.
