Yes, hiding out in the book keeping office, I have been swamped here! Holy Crap!
How is Seattle? MY friend was there and said that it was cold?

Posted: 6/25/08 at 4:04pmWe had the coldest June on record, but now we're back to normal patterns - 70s and low 80s with a breeze. Perfect weather.

Hello Dame! Warm and humid here today!
Shira, the kids are fine, but acting a little spoiled in their down time. The girls stay up and then sleep too late.
They have a few camps, but next year we need to fill their schedules a bit more. My brother is in town for the first time in about ten years. We are meeting for dinner and then he is coming to my house for a night.

Posted: 7/2/08 at 12:46pmI had the best Mojitos in Chicago a almost 3 weeks ago now. They were yummy and also had a great view of the city while drinking them. Was thinking of this thread while enjoying the view.

Addict, where were you having the Mojitos? I do love a tasty Mojito - Cafe 28 has excellent Mojitos!
DAME, a new computer is like Christmas to me - even if it is for one of the staff. We have upgraded all PC's in the last year except one.

Posted: 7/2/08 at 9:28pmJust saw your question Brd. We were staying at the Holiday Inn at the Merchandise Mart (on top of the Chicago Sun Times building) beautiful area by the river. Their bar in the lobby on the 15th floor has a great view and great different flavored Mojitos for $6.00. We had a great time.

Posted: 7/2/08 at 11:19pmAddict - I am impressed with the price! A drink in the loop can be 10-12. Any nice dinners or shows?
re: Who Needs! Mojito Time? (25th Anniversary)#4949
Posted: 7/2/08 at 11:25pmHi Brd - I also thought the price was good therefore I enjoyed a few. I think it was a specialty. My future daughter-in-law and I did rush seats for Jersey Boys Saturday afternoon and loved it. The stage is high for front row seats but I did not mind for $25! Sat night we ate at Redfish I think and it was good. Friday night we went to Randolph St festival but I would probably not do that again. More for a young drinking crowd. Also did some fun shopping.
