re: Who Needs! Mojito Time? (25th Anniversary)

I do not know Redfish. I rarely have dinner downtown.

Monday night was Broadway night at the Taste - lots of fun! I love the Jersey Boys cast - I had a back stage tour a few weeks ago.

Redfish is sort of Cajun style and very good.

I would love a backstage tour. I thought the cast was great. Jarrod Spector was a wonderful Frankie Valli. I thought he was as good as JLY and I've seen him twice in NY. MY daughter-in-law was surprized to recognize one of the girls in the cast from college and she knew Jarrod from when he was a boy in talent shows singing Frank Sinatra in Philly where she is from. It's a small world.

Yes, Jarrod is excellent! I have seen him twice and then at the Taste. I know one of the guys from the cast and some backstage people.

It is fun when you know people in a show. I had a fun weekend. Hope to get back there more often.

Hi Liotte - nice to see you around here. How's life and what shows have you been seeing lately.

Not so many shows for me lately... I haven't been so happy with the current broadway season. I saw Boeing Boeing last week, [tos] is Monday night.

It's summer, so this is camp season, busy busy busy with all the kids!

What are you up to?

Hey DAME!! The weekend was a quiet one and quite uneventful, saving one thing..... Our son married his highschool sweetheart on the 4th. Very small affair just the witnesses and some folks from the Air Force Base where he is stationed.

My weekend was wonderful. Low-key but fun. Shopping, 1776, good food and drink with friends, and several episodes of MONK!

Congratulations mominator! Are all the kids married now? It was my birthday on Sunday. We drove to Vegas. Saw Bette on Sunday ( second time for us) and Jersey Boys on Monday. Liked Jersey Boys in Vegas more than in NY. Was just sad that they were playing to a empty house.

Hey DAME! Thanks for that PM to meet up when you were in NYC!! Oh wait...

Brd, very busy with camp this summer! 86 girls going into 3rd grade. Horrible drama in our bunk today, who knew 8 year old girls were so nasty??

Miss P, when are you in NYC?

Mom, will you be at the flea market this year?

Liotte.. I ended up in NY again for just two days. It will happen. You gotta believe. re: Who Needs! Mojito Time? (25th Anniversary) But I was in Vegas this weekend. Not NY.

It will Liotte. It will. How have you been? I know you already have said you have been incredibly busy. But have you been able to squeeze in any shows/ If you have and already reviewed them.. give me a link. I wrote about the vegas production of Jersey boys in the main board. However.. it is not much of a review since I don't have the playbill in front of me. I did enjoy it however.

Mom, we have to catch up on the kids and grandkids!

L, so nice to hear from you!

Dame, I love Jersey Boys, such a great story! I do expect to see it a few more times. Wicked closes in January and the Brd family will have a December closing show.

We saw a snippet at Grant Park, but it was just Time of Our Life, boring. C10 was laughing at the Patrick Swaze's character's voice.

No need to see it.

Seeing A Chorus Line in a couple of weeks, might get tix for Shrek, haven't made up my mind yet.

A little treat for my hussys. This was a huge hit for her. She later was replaced by Raquel Welch and Debbie Reynolds. Barbara Eden did a bus and truck.
