Ugh... I've got work to do, but they turned off the a/c and this place is an oven - our new space has full western exposure!
Ciao for now...
Ew.I hate no a/c. Gross.
Ciao, baby.

I do work at home late, but never at the office.
One woman so many men for L!!!!
The girls had long b-ball practices and hopefully will go to sleep at a reasonable hour. I do not know how they survive on less sleep then their mother?
Oy, I hooked up with a guy last night in Chicago. I think I will have to count that apartment as one of my spots.

I know you did, I saw the W flag flying over Wrigley!
W flag? I don't get it.

(when the Cubs win at home, a W flag flies over Wrigley!!!!!)
Do you return to your regular job soon?
Oh, I guess the Cubs don't win often enough for me to know that!!
I go back the Tues after labor day, so I have some time to settle into my new place and take it easy.

That is nice. Will you have the regular after school shift?
I don't know about the schedule yet, the kids don't start school until much later in Sept, so it will start with those 8:30am-7:30pm days.

Those are long days. When is your next vacation?
That's a way to get RIGHT back into it, Liotte. Have fun!

Shira, are you ready for classes?
I will be. I have notebooks and pencils and my brains SOMEWHERE.
All I need is a place to live! (and I am STILL searching).
I know, very long days. Once the kids go back to school, it will be 1:00-7:30 again, which is better. I might do a morning gig for a few hours a couple days a week, I have an interview on Wednesday morning for such a position.
And vacation? I am going to Boston the last weekend in Sept to see All Shook Up! (and Bee tour!!!!!)
Then not til Thanksgiving, when I will be in Florida (and see All Shook Up!!)

L, can you get to an 8:00 show in 1/2 hour?
Yes I can!!

I assume that was part of your contract!
But I am not going to see as many shows this year, so it won't matter that much.

Did you enter a 12 step program?
She says it now. I give her until October.
Shall we start the pool at $5?
October? That's all I get?? Give me a little more credit!
Fine. I'll bargain. October 15th.

L, what shows other than Bee are you excited to see this season?
I hope to see Company, I know that you are not a Sondheim fan.
Shira, what about you?
There is nothing that super excites me besides Les Miz. I will see Pirate Queen, Mary Poppins, Chorus Line, whatever else is coming, but I didn't go out and get tickets like I did for Tarzan.
