Hi, guys.
Liotte, who is Cara Cooper in WS?
She is in the emsemble, and the understudy for Holly. She is fantastic and I'm so sad to see her leave!

Hello MP! My kids seem to be quiet, what up?
Oh, okay. I didn't recognize her name. But she's moving on to a bigger role somewhere perhaps?
I, too, am in the Verizon family!
She is moving on to a bigger, better role- she will be the lead in 42nd Street in Philly.
And yeah, more free talk minutes!!
Hi, Brd! How did Mrs. B's thing go? Maybe you guys talked about this already. Sorry. I had some kind of allergic reaction to dinner and have been kinda out of it for the past few hours.
I want to read your Pirate Queen comments! I haven't had any luck finding them yet!
L, YAY for Cara Cooper! That's excellent.
I am very happy for her!! but sad too that she is leaving.
I am going to try to go to sleep, goodnight!
Wow, L...a short visit to the Vortex tonight!
See you tomorrow!

MP, my wife felt good about her thing today. She also was booked for something else today!
Good news about the Mrs.!
I just found your thread on PQ. I posted my response.
I can't wait to hear about your trip to Altar Boyz. I see 3 productions this weekend myself.

I will see if C13 and C11 want to join us for Alter Boyz. That would give my wife a break for an afternoon.
I bet they'd like it. The music is such fun!
thanks again for your PQ insights. I respect what you think about shows, so I am encouraged by your remarks. I want Stephanie to dazzle Broadway! Love her!

I was holding back on Stephanie - she is outstanding! It is her show! These talented men are just pawns to her prowess!

brdlwyr,
Did you see Pirate Queen? How was it? please don't make me go to the main board.

I enjoyed it, but it needs to be cut. The cast is outstanding and the lights, sets and costumes are spectacular. The score is beautiful, it just drags at times. It should be a hit, but not a blockbuster.
Glad to hear. Is "All Shook Up"coming to Chicago? With all due respect to Liotte I have been told the tour is dreadful.
DAME, how could you post such a thing???
Easily. It is the truth. How are you Liotte?
Have you seen the tour? Or the show on Broadway? I know you have not, therefore how do you know it is the truth?
Good morning mojitians! It seems I'm missing the nightly chatter.
I'll be seeing ASU in December. Right, L?
What I am referring to the truth is the fact that I have been told it is awful. Your own review does not make it sound very good. No I have not seen it. And I probably wont since the main venues here passed on it. And something has to be really good for me to shlep to Costa Mesa.
Yes we are, DD!
DAME, I really enjoyed the tour, my first review was just stating the differences from the Broadway version with the tour. If you continued to read (which you rarely do), you would have seen that I went back twice more and loved it. And now I am traveling around the country to see it in 5 other states all the way from FL to CA to WA.
I am a huge supporter of not passing judgement on things until you have experienced them yourself. I usually do not agree with what everyone else says anyway.
I am a huge supporter of discouraging people from seeing bad shows over and over again especially when they are young and will regret later in life wasting money on addictive behavior. And I am also a huge supporter of just getting you going so I am not as bored. ( you know I am playing with you)
It is not a bad show, ASU was great and I love it.
And I'd rather waste my money on Broadway (which I do not consider a waste) than on alcohol and drugs, which is literally pissing it down the drain.
I agree. But sometimes you need alchohol and drugs to sit through that crap.
