Morning, Tink - Happy Spring
When do you think you'll hear something about the job?
Well yesterday ended up being an interview with an agency, not the actual company. I think it went well, I'll hear back today if I they are going to set me up an appt. with the actual company. I have another couple prospects as well. We shall see.
Thanks Tink.
Happy Spring, y'all.
It is spring? Seems cold out!
Ok, my pefect plan almost worked.
Have an interview with the actual company on Friday morning. I was hoping that this other job would be available on Friday also, for an interview, but no, they don't. grrr. I was hoping only to have to take 1 day off. But this company said that the President wants to meet with me, that's why, so that must be a good sign.
Hey. Meeting with the president? Good luck!!
Seeing "Dying City" tonight, I hope its good!

Shira - I thought you lived in 'Dying City' - ya know, cause there's nothing to do there
Shut up? :-P

"Shut up?"
Is that a question?
Then, no
lol, DG! Aren't you supposed to be doing things poeple usually do on Anniversary? =)
The agency just sent an e-mail confirming the interview for Friday. Along with it they sent interview tips and they are freakin hilarious!! They tell you how to wear your hair, make up tips, color tie, etc.
No, it's meant to be with an upper inflection on the end of the "up".
Just think of me saying "Shut Up" in my sassy little way. You know you want to.
Tink -- DG will be very busy later, I have no doubt! And interview tips? What ever happened to common knowledge?

Actually, I'm about to hop in the shower so we can head out for our evening.
So Shira is spared.
For now.
And Tink - I'm afraid what always worked for me in interviews probably wouldn't help you much
Shameless flirtation, cleavage, and short skirt?? Oh wait, I'm interviewing with a female, well, actually, you never know! =)
Do I have to bribe the mojitans to come out and play????
Back from "Dying City".
It could have used some serious editing and figuring out. It was a little too "lets push a moral, but not really, and make it psychological while discussing politics". Plus the man next to me couldn't figure out his hearing aids, so they kept emitting a loud, shrill wail throughout the show.
I just had onstage seats at Spring Awakening. The NYTimes was there taking pics for an article on onstage seats. Oy.
I like Tink's version of a bribe.
l wonder if you'll be in one =)
Liotte. If you end up in the NYTimes, I'd like to announce now:
I will never let you hear the end of it. And then I'll call Brantley and tell him to do an article on Broadway's biggest theatre-goer.
I don't think I will be. I don't know if they took pics during the show or just before. But oy, that would be baaaad.
That would be fuuuuuunnnny.
Hi, all!
I got rid of the crappy phone and have a wonderful new, SIMPLE one!
L, when I brought back the Pocket PC, the gut at the Verizon Store smiled and nodded! I asked him what the "return rate" was on the Pocket PC and he said, "About 50%"!!!! The I asked him the return rate on "our" phone, and he told me that he has only ever had ONE brought back!
Yay Miss P!
