Well, I hadn't eaten dinner yet, so going to bed on an empty tummy wouldn't have helped either. It takes a lot to stop me from sleeping, lol!

Aww, L, I hope you eventually got some sleep.

It felt so nice to wake up in the nice brisk spring air (window open). I hope it is actually as nice as it seems out. Definitely need to do some type of out door activity today.

It's gloomy and dark and wet out there...although it's not's raining right now. I tried to access weather.com but it refused to cooperate (just like the weather.)

Laguna was ok - the people out-and-about there last night were a little weird - very forceful and rowdy, which is NOT my comfort zone. But we had fun with our friends, and TinMan got called back for the second audition round tomorrow, so it was a good night.

I'm going to DC in about an hour. It is such a lovely city, I agree. When are YOU coming here? We should make the Xmastime Raclette at my house an annual thing. (I went to bed at 7 AM that "night"! Thanks to DD.)

We actually want to plan a trip back east to see some things - TinMan's never really seen much back there. Williamsburg and DC are tops on the list - and I wouldn't mind sharing Williamsburg with him during the Christmas season at all, so getting up to DC then would be a natural.
