DD - at least that's something. I'm ready to form a posse and head north with some lead pipes!
And yes, we just saw the Boyz last night. Honestly, given our current circumstances, it probably isn't fair to judge them too harshly - we're hardly in the mood for a comedy. But, we wanted to get out of the house, and we already had tix for it.
I'm with the "less than thrilled" crowd. Sure, it's funny at times, but its gets old real fast.
I was amused, and found it to be just about the right length for a one-joke show. But I wouldn't see it again.
As long as you're happy, DD. That's all that matters to me.
DD.. you car got stolen?
Thank Shira.
Yes DAME, last night while on a dinner-date.
Honey I am so sorry. What kind of car was it? And.. you called your insuarnce.. right?

DD: Again, I'm so glad your insurance includes a rental car. And for 30 days, yet! That's great. Good thoughts for it being found either in perfect condition, or completely totalled.
DG: That's Evil Queen, to you!
Shira: Thanks for my crown!
Only 3 more hours til the dentist! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...
Almost, Erika! Feel better.
I'm off to the big bad, cold world, today.
It's a Honda Element, DAME.
3 short hours!

"3 short hours!"
I wish I could have felt that way about THE ENGLISH PATIENT.
"3 short hours!"
I wish I could have felt that way about both last Clint Eastwood Films.
Yeah... I guess you don't want to see those films while in pain waiting to go to the dentist...
DD- going back a bit- what you stood in for 3 hours for Chorus Line tickets (and I was at Wedding Singer) was NOT cold. That was summer compared to today. When I left my apt, weather.com said it was 12 degrees out and felt like -4.
dang!
Not sure I wouldn've stood out in that cold even for ACL tickets.

DD - what if a couple of people stayed 'close by' to keep you warm?
I would have still spent the night at Wedding Singer because it was the final weekend, but I would have brought many more blankets, sleeping bag, space heaters, etc.
Don't forget about security guards
That would change the whole story, DG!
Getting up for rush kills my entire day! I come home and sleep til 3ish, now I don't want to go to the gym, too lazy to do anything, so I'll just order in food and watch tv til I need to leave for the show. Blah.
I've seen it a few times, I like it but not to all the hype that everyone else is talking it up. Bringing someone who has never seen it, main reason for going tonight.

Happy Day off. Busy running errands with the kids. I now have to take C8 to a coin shop. Yes, that is a little freaky, but I have a few old coins and he is just fascinated with them.
