The Pope is more than "annoying". A fly is annoying. The Pope is a hateful bigot whose head is stuck in the 10th century. He does not see the big picture only his tunnel-visioned agenda. And the Pope does NOT “Make Saints”. He makes judgments.

those kids on the Welch's commercials. Or the parents and/or coaches thereof. Those kids are spooky, but somehow it's not their fault. It really bothers me, but i can't stop watching them and trying to figure it out.
Will: They don't give out awards for helping people be gay... unless you count the Tonys.

-grotesquely obese people. Some people can't help being heavy and it shouldn't be a requirement to be thin, but if they don't even make clothes big enough for you and you're living on junk food, I find that pretty icky.
-People who think all musicals are corny.
-People whose thongs hang out of their pants. It's called UNDERwear
-people who believe in teaching abstinance-only sex ed programs in schools. It's naive and ridiculous to think that kids won't have sex and they should at least learn how to do it safely.

For those of you who have done your research on the Pope I have no problem with criticism. (I'm sure Namo has done his homework and has a right to complain.) I am not sympathetic to people who hate the Pope based on one issue or something they heard from someone. I hope you are doing your own research and looking at the good as well as the bad. I don't necessarily agree with all of his views, but he isn't in the same territory as Bush though that is my humble opinion. You say he is full of hate, but I don't recall one place where he has said he hates someone. Sure he has made comments you may think are ignorant, but he understands the issues a lot better than you'd think. His mission in life is not to oppress people. Ignorance begets hate. I honestly believe you cannot hate someone if you understand them, but I am still an idealist even after over a year on this board so I may just be speaking mindless drivel.
