Cheating during a diet is not a bad thing. It can actually be benefitial, since your body is getting used to a reduced number of calories, it starts burning less calories. To throw it off every now and then keeps it guessing and you continue burning more calories even when you are ingesting less.

Hi all, just got home.

My sister (13) and I might go see DRS if I get up in time to do the lotto and win it for the matinee. Babysitting again tomorrow night.

Saw DRS. Very different from what I am used to. Jonathan Pryce is great, and there were understudies in for 2 other main roles (Norbert and Joanna Gleason)
