I don't do plays, they bore me. With all the ones I've seen, no exceptions. Don't know why, I just like the singing :)

Have you seen the Franki Valli one yet? I loved it when I saw it out here.

I'm seeing if a friend can get tickets for Jersey Boys for tonight. Their rush is on sale from 4:30-5:30, which is just impossible for me because of work.

Speaking of work, I should go. Talk to you later!

Iris - welcome home. Sorry your trip was for the reason it was, but we're glad you're home safely.

DAME - where did you see about Bernadette's concert? I don't see it listed on her site or the OCPAC one. April's iffy, but if it's possible, we might do it (although we already saw this concert earlier this year in Palm Springs.)

OK - her site listed a show in Cerritos next August, but that's the only CA date listed (right now, anyway.)

that hall in Cerritos is pretty good -- saw a coule shows there...nice room and decent accoustics! Hmm...LA in APril for Bernadette...with the Sheraton right there for a post-concert party!

K - sounds like a winner to me! We're seeing Jim Brickman there in a couple of weeks. I've never been, so I'm glad to hear your positive review of the venue!

I saw LuPone debut Matters of the Hear there....it was a great evening -- if they have not changed, they also have cabaret service for snacks and wine...my friends and I drank a few bottles that evening!

Brickman sure is yummy! Have him on right now as a matter of fact

I slept with his manager years ago. He now lives with a dancer who toured with Chicago for a long time.

*sigh* He really does encompass SO MUCH of what I find attractive. AND he plays the piano! To quote our dear Addy - *swoon*
