Sometimes quiet is a good thing.
Sometimes.
Not really. I like noise and chaos.

That, my dear Shira, is why we could never live together
You know, there are some people - not that I'm one of them, mind you - that think people who can't stand quiet aren't comfortable within themselves.

Dg - I was like Shira, now with my family and the business, I love this time when they are upstairs and I am down here!
But, I would die if they were not here in the morning!
Leftover chinese food is good.
DG... that's what I'm told... I hate being alone. Though lately I do cherish my quiet time; just not for too long.

Liotte - leftover Chinese is one of my faves!
Shira likes to run around with her hair on fire
So what did everyone do tonight?
My evening hasn't begun... my dinner plans fell through - my friend caught a cold - so going out with another friend after his rehearsal.

Cooked a lovely pasta dinner, and then went for a wlk in our little downtown shopping district. And now Robert's reading through some Shakespeare, and I'm chatting here while shopping online!
My hair is pretty and straight. No fires.

Interesting...
Sounds like a loverly evening, DG.
We had a nice day today, I tried to enjoy some of it. It's supposed to rain for the next week or so, though.
Did you get to see a show, Liotte?

I repeat - that's just what SOME people say!
And yes, your hair is gorgeous - when you aren't running around with it on fire
DD, welcome to life in NYC :) (re: rain for a week)
Yes, saw Spelling Bee via lotto. That was the only good thing about today, the rest was ****.
*gasp*
If it was on fire...it would burn off. And I'd be bald. And I'd cry. And my Mother would cry.

You think something's wrong with bald? Huh, huh, HUH?!?!?
Be very careful how you answer that
Why are you burning your hair, Shira?
Well, Liotte, this is life for us... rain 9 months out of the year. It was nice to have some respite today. At least we're hoping for snow this year. It's been cold enough.
Bald is beautiful. I'll be bald soon... 2, 3 years tops.
Oh DG. It's different for men. And you still have hair!
DD...I'm not really burning my hair. But DG thinks I run around with my hair on fire.
