I know, I can't take the cold anymore. I'm escaping. We just built a new house there and I haven't seen it yet so I'm excited to just cut myself off from civilization for a few days and veg.

I stayed up until Midnight watching the Orange Bowl and then the alarm system went off at 3:00 - so less sleep than usual.

DAME...I'm not too particular. Just as long as its safe and affordable, neat, clean, and not a complete closet.

Ideally...Upper West, East...Village, Midtown, Chelsea. Soho. Greenwich.
