he'd like that, still waiting for a reply to the PM. I think he's a bit skittish!

Mom - it was so nice to chat a bit with Road Case the other night - I think that might have been a first between us. Although, I feel as if I know him somewhat already! I do hope he'll drop a PM when he has some time out here - I'd gladly run and meet for a cocktail - but he might have to take a hug back home to you re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)

Of course, I think you should join him on a trip and enjoy some of our warm weather - and then I could deliver that hug in person!

Mom and DG - what a pleasure!

Mom, it was one of those days for my wife. I was gone all day and the kids just did not cooperate.

You are such a love!! He got home save and sound. Landing at Bradley at 6:00 AM and home by 7:30, he was asleep before 8! He has been in a bit of a fog all day.
Next time he is out there he will have to give you some warning so things can be arranged.

Hi gang! Good to be home.
Thanks for the advice this week DG. Believe it or not, it only took me about an hour and a quarter to get to LAX.
Finding the rental drop off took another half hour, but that's just lousy signage.

Luck of the draw, liotte re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)

RC - glad you got home safely - and that time of travel is great! Of course, you could retrace your steps tomorrow, and it could take 3 hours . . . gotta love LA.

brd - I've been seeing that you looked pretty busy at work the last few days - is that just normal catchup from the hollidays, or is your business booming?

re: Who needs a MOJITO time? (The sequel)

DG - thank you the answer is yes for business!!!! I have a new client that is sending me many new files and the other aspects of the business keep me busy! I am optimistic about this year.

RC - how often do you go West?

brd - I've got a new project going with a group in SoCal, so I think I may be heading that way every 3-6 weeks for a while. The meeting yesterday went really well, but I haven't figured out whether that means I'll be going out lots, or not so often.
We're opening a new office up in the bay area, too. Between the three sites I think I'll be on the road at least one week a month for a while.

DD - I planned on going to the piano bar, but C7 called me 30 times, so I came home. He missed me.
