Besides - I really DO feel like I'm living the fairy tale - and I have my Prince Charming to prove it!
Brd - I love hearing about all the time you spend with your family - I wish more did!

Hola mojitians...
DG - I haven't seen Cinderella since I was a child. But I remember loving it.
Typical early Fall day in the great PacNW, chilly and wet. This is a VERY long day for me, and I'm glad I came home and rested last night.

I have to be at rehearsal at 9:30 to set up, it's about a 25 minute drive, need to stop at *$, and have to eat breakfast and stuff before I leave.

Ya know, I have actually seen Cinderella.
As for family time...AH!
Lets see, my grandmother and my mother were both very considerate and saying "Shira, you've definitely gained weight. I thought you were working on it!", and when I said I planned on having Glatt Kosher Zone Diet Food delivered to keep me on track, my brother was sweet and said "You're lazy. Why don't you just cook and go the gym!". And my Dad said "Shira, if you're so stressed, maybe you can hack it out until December and than transfer. And maybe this weekend was a bad idea for you." To which I pointed out that working in North Carolina isn't so helpful to my stress level, but of course, he doesn't comprehend that.
Ugh! So family SUCKS. No offense, guys. And brdlwyr, it's nice that you like your children so much, and love them as well.
I may be drinking quite a bit this weekend, ("But Shira, so many calories"), to dull the effects! Thank goodness it's a Jewish wedding!
Liotte..your movie suggestions? Are you referring to moi?

DD - it IS a good LA weekend - and you would certainly be a VERY welcome addition! And if Beav would join you, I'd be in heaven

I wish, DG, I totally wish I could.
Shira, honey, I want to flick the nose of each person in your family. Is that wrong?
