Excellent. I will follow your recipe then and have one before and during intermission.
and perhaps a flask for a sip or two during the show...bad productions of Evita can be torture.....
I second that, K, especially when one's in it.
Is 420 required?

Dame - No, in re: 420 I did not find it that painful.

Cookie - we used to serve mulled wine at our Holiday Party. We should add it to the menu for next year. Updated On: 3/8/05 at 04:27 PM
always something good to have at a party... Though the holidays are over, it doesn't look it outside....
brdlwyr;
In Re? What do you mean?
Anyone want a snowball fight?
2 more hours till Mojito time here.
I think a little something in that nippy flask is in order. Something that goes well with a chest cold.
I hope everyone in Mojitoland is feeling well today.
I'm gonna be needing me some major mojitos when this week's out... for now I'll settle for the girl scout cookie sugar rush!
I just had a Whatchamachalit chocolate bar.
Good for you, Dame.
Last time I had one of those I developed a very painful pimple in a very unfortunate place.

Dame I thought you were speaking about Evita. I must have misundersood.
Anyway, pouring the first in a few.
Cookie - went to Binny's and could not recall your recomendation. Will go back later in the week. We bought a private chef with friends at an auction and the dinner is Saturday, but we supply the wine.

Dame - I loved those Whatchamachalit. I have seriously cut sugar in the last year and those are a no no.
My commute was easy tonight.
I love Bombay.
Dame - I found the Evita playbill - it was a Nicholas Howey production with Larry Fuller as Director and Hal Prince as Production Supervisor overseeing his original direction. It is Kathy Voytko as Evita and Bradley Dean as Che.

way cool brdlwyr! Is pinot the only wine you're bringing though?
Here are two more:
Jekel 2001
Sticks 2003
A double scotch on the rocks for Undi, coming up...
I'll have a Cosmopolitan before bed Cookie, if you're pouring.
I am sure Cookie will pour, but just in case, I've got your back Princeton!
ALthough Cookie has not poured me anything tonight...hmmm, where is my Harry Potter cloak???

No, we begin with sparkling. Then move to white and reds. We do not drink any sweet wines - so no dessert wines. No cognac because I have to sing the next morning. (I end with beer – so low class.)
Each couple will bring bottles. I think I will look for Heidseick Monopole Blue (not the vintage); BV Carnaros Reserve and then one of your Pinot’s.
I will post the menu - this guy is good and he loves us he really pulls out all the stops..
