oh dear.... that probably wasn't good.
So, how are all my friends this fine night?
Wonderful... enjoying an evening ALONE in my apt. Loving it...
though I just poured the last of my pineapple rum... eeek!
three words I never would have put together...champagne/gas/station
getting champagne at a gas station is like getting a hamburger at a steak house...
LOL!
oh, you're right!
ElTico, a night at home with nobody else around can be heaven!
They go together like 'hangover' and 'pneumatic drill'.
nights alone are nice -- but I want a night with my honey!
You'll be with him soon, right? In France, nevertheless...
I'm going to the ballet tonight. I am very excited!
awww, K! Soon, my friend. SOON!
oooh! What ballet??
Which company? What are they doing?
Wow! ElTico! That's some avatar! Nice.
Isn't he... angelic? He was my wallpaper for a while...
um... yeah. Angelic. That's the word I was thinking of...
Aw, El Tico. That's the nicest angel I've seen for a long time.
I'm seeing the Australian Ballet's 'La Sylphide'. Should be lovely.
Wow... have fun. I haven't been to the ballet in ages... PNB is not my type of ballet...
Where do you live again, Melbourne, Sydney... ?
I'm in Melbourne. This is the final performance before it moves to the Sydney season.
Enjoy, gettinhep! I love going to the ballet. (I have a subscription to the NYCB.) Can't wait to hear your review!
ah... so sad I didn't quite make it all the way down to Melbourne. I've heard it's a great city. I made it as far as Canberra. I was in Sydney for a week...
I'll let y'all know how it went. My mother is the subscriber to the Australian Ballet. She is taking me as her guest. I feel a very fortunate girl.
El Tico, Sydney is a marvellous city to visit. I love living in Melbourne, but I never really consider it a visitor's place. We have some lovely things to see. However, they are mainly outside the city in rural Victoria.
Really? Well, when I visit a city I rather not do touristy things anyway... I've also heard the arts scene is a lot, should we say "cooler" in Melbourne than in Sydney.
Australia is HIGH on my list of places to visit...SOON
I've been to Sydney. For the Olympics. I'd love to explore the rest of the country!
I can do two weeks at a time easily for vacation...but I would want more time for the trip "down under" and have not yet figured out how to make a 3 week vacation fly in the office....DAMN the American work ethic.....
