Posted: 3/29/05 at 10:53pmI am back. I have a high blood pressure question. Can eating too much Salmon cause high blood pressure?
#4058Who needs a Mojito time?
Posted: 3/29/05 at 11:02pmIt will only cause high blood pressure for the salmon.
#4059Who needs a Mojito time?
Posted: 3/29/05 at 11:02pmBlood pressure? Why would salmon affect blood pressure? I know it contains the good fats (Omega 3) and I don't believe it causes cholesterol. I eat it a lot. At least twice a week.

"If you have elevated blood pressure, it is important to consume low-fat, low-sodium, high-fiber foods such as fruits and vegetables and plant foods. Flaxseed oil and foods high in potassium, calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, and omega-3 fatty acids, are all beneficial for people with high blood pressure."
