Well, the costumes were magnificent, choreograpy good, acting was good, but lets face it. Stefanie Powers looks great for 62, but when women get older, so do their voices. And I could hear it. And the voice just never sounded appropriate for the role, because Anna is so much younger. But her acting was fine.
But the king, Ronobir Lahiri, was excellent, and Lady Tian blew me away.
The kids were adorable. So cute.
I was glad to have gone anyway.
