Yeah, I polished off the Ben and Jerry's in my freezer to help make my bad day better, so it all kinda evened out in the end.
I'm actually going on three weeks straight of not missing the gym or dance class. Now if only I could get rid of some of the extra poundage...
Wow, 3 weeks straight? Good for you!!!!!!!! Wish I had that kind of time and dedication!
Trying to get into a show with a whole bunch of cute 20-somethings will do that do you.

I received the well deserved dicussion this weekend from the wife - "You know this is my business, I could design a program for you." Maybe next week.
Mondays are starvation days usually, but tonight I am eating Kashi. Love it.
y'know - if your wife is out designing programs (raises hand!!) - I keep waiting for the magical transformation - somebody told me you have to actually use the machines, not just stand there and look at them - imagine that?
brdlwyr, I don't think you would approve of what I ate today...
WHAT? I HAVE to do something? Just going to the gym does me no good? DAMN! No wonder I'm not loosing weight...
I've been wearing the right costume, though...

L - was it tasty??
OTA - I have a bike in my basement that I never use. She uses a Broadway CD in one of her classes. She is in excellent shape.

It is too late to talk exercise...
Unless it involves lifting a rice cake into my mouth.

Lwyr - we tried the home exercise equipment, but it was just another place to put the laundry... I try to go at least 4 times a week, but - well, can't turn back time I guess...
My food is always very tasty! I don't believe in dieting, just eat what you want and go to the gym to work it off.
Too bad that theory only happens for the first part. The gym doesn't come around too much. It will more this summer now that I have some time to myself (still not much though).
OTA, that's funny... my ex and I had a soloflex. Never figured out how to use it because we always had laundry hanging from it.
I think all home exercise equipment just ends up as a laundry pile. I would get an elliptical machine if I had the money, and the space in my apartment to put it.
there's this lovely woman at my gym who does the x-country ski machine for an hour and a half every day! Isn't that fun?
go DD and the dedication! I haven't been to the gym in a week, went back yesterday and today, and am aching....

I am such a lazy ass - that my gluts were aching today from paintin the porch yesterday.
I love Chicago porches! They are great for BBQs, hanging out with friends, getting some sun, and just relaxing! The place I stay when I am in town is 2 blocks from Wrigley, so we can sit outside and hear the cheers from the stadium.

We lived at the corner of Kenmore and Grace for one year. I could see Wrigley from our bedroom. That was a fun time. Salad days. (I was probably your age)
Yup, I know where that is. I'm towards Irving Park and Sheridan... right down the street!
Ugh... another sleepless night...
Kind'a sad when all the topics at the top have me as the last poster...
BEEN THERE.
Good morning hussys,
Up early. Takingmy folks to California Adventure. They are mid 70's. I wonder how many rides they will go on?
DD- I know those days, of being the last poster on every thread at the top of the page! Luckily even if I am up til 2am, there is some west coaster who will come along after me though!
How is everyone's day going?
Hi Liotte,
What does today bring for you?
