brdlwyr - the main problem is that there are no direct flights to Tulsa from NYC. I'm flying there by way of Dallas. My trip home will swing through Chicago...

Posted: 5/30/05 at 9:31pmCubs are really hot - right now. I am taking my friend from Boston to the Red Sox game. He is thrilled. He was part of the party last night. Oh, I had a flat tire and there were not open tire shops in the burbs, but one in the city was open.

This weekend, went to Cubby Bear, Sports Corner, Murphy's, Casey Morans, Hang Ups (spelled a different way though, I don't remember), Hi Tops, and Vines on Clark. Nothing too exciting. And after all that, I only had 1 drink the entire weekend. My mother would be proud.
On a side note- I love that bars in NYC have the no smoking rule. Chicago is horrible, I always reek of smoke when I leave the bars. Ew.

Hang Ups and I do not know the spelling was a Law School hang out. Cubby Bear, Murphs, standard Weigleyville bars.
Addy - I am not a big pancake fan. Maybe with whip cream and strawberries.
