Who needs a MOJITO time?

Business was good. It was a productive trip. Despite all of my complaining...
I think I saw you waving back!
So, now I have too many emails to go through...and it looks like I'll be working much of the weekend. Isn't summer supposed to be time to relax and have fun? I need to find that memo again...

Isn't anyone glad/relieved/wary about beacon's return???
I was sure I'd be questioned, frisked, and checked for concealed weapons before I came onto the off-topic board?
No alarm went off?
No deadbolt was thrown?
No sudden stocking of the moat with piranha?

It's just tonight for now, but I sit whenever people call me and need someone (not just them, but people in general).
They gave me their building number and I thought I would just ask the doorman for the apartment, but no, no doorman. They own the entire building. All 5 floors of the brownstone. The 2 5th grade twins have the 3rd floor to themselves, plus the basement (with 5 pinball machines, ping pong, and pool table). Parents have the second floor, top is a guest floor. Of course there are a couple bathrooms on each floor, balconies, everything. Brand new appliances (enormous flat screen tvs, etc) everywhere. Views of the river and Riverside park. House is decorated with celebrity autographs all over the place. I'm just like, wow, my entire apartment can fit in your living room. But they are very nice and down to earth, awesome family.

Beacon - did you see my plea to you yesterday when L was in a bad mood??????
L - sounds nice, but you forgot to mention that the fifth graders were mine and OTA's 11 year olds.
