Belated warm drink for DD:
For everyone else on this hot, steamy morning - cold fruit salad:
Enjoy the day, everyone!
That looks delicious, OTA!
I am about to disappear into the Board Room for an endless day of meetings... What would Corporate America be like without them, I wonder?!
I just couldn't let my day get started without a special hello to my fellow Mojitans!
Morning everyone.
Thanks for the fruit salad OTA!
Addy - it's always a treat to see you here, no matter how briefly!
L - Yay for the Yankees! Are you boss-less again today?
No, bosses are there today
Have to work
But it's my last day til next Thursday, so that's cool
Too bad about the bossman...
As for the other...
my boss was out yesterday afternoon and she is out again this morning...more quality BWW time for me!
liotte: love your avatar...cheyenne is so HOT and he looked great on Monday night...although I was a bit too drunk to pay that close attention.
Thanks! I very much enjoyed Monday and can't wait til next week to go back to All Shook Up :)
as hot as cheyenne is, you couldn't pay me to go back to All Shook Up...I'll take Piazza any day
I respect your opinion, I loved All Shook Up much more, and while I definitely acknowledge the talents of Clark, Ohara, and Morrison, I didn't care for the operatic style of the show. And didn't under the half that was in italian.
and i repsect your opinion as well. i must admit the talent in ASU is incredible. guess i'm just not a fan of jukebox musicals...
wow. speaking of fruit salad. they just delivered a huge plate of it to our office. yum! and office services just came by to drop off my check...glad the day is starting off well! let's hope it continues!

Good Morning all. I am at home for a few hours watching the brats.
I enjoyed ASU and so did C7 - he asked me the other day why we did not have the CD for it.
k - hanging my head in shame - I made a BIG mistake and foolishly added a thread that was already there - on the BIG board - and it was about RENT - yipes! What's the cyber equivalent of tar and feathers?

OTA - I did not see your thread. Are the kids finished with school??
That's ok, we forgive you!
As long as you are not a poster who starts countless "pointless" threads on the boards just so you can be a legend in a short amount of time. Certain posters are beginning to bug me with too much nonsense. I'll stay over here with the grownups.
brdlwyr- "brats"?? That's not very nice! And you should get the ASU CD, it sounds great. There is a CD signing by the cast tomorrow if you want to fly out and get some autographs!
liotte: i totally agree with you about the ASU recording...sounds fabulous! Sharon Wilkins really sings the hell out of "There's Always Me." Love her!

I am watching the bratwursts to make sure they are still in the fridge.
phew - TPTB erased my thread... I have been saved from the wrath of the Rentheads...
Oh, and BL? Did you take a look at the "My Re-introduction" thread - we got an honorable mention as (my interpretation) "old straight guys"... how flattering!
Not. Hot. At. All.
I'm staying on this thread where it's warm and dry!
Wait, who says that over here, we don't think of you guys are "old straight guys"??
nope - not here... there was a comment made on another thread:
"If you don't view things through narrow age restrictions, there's also Papa, Brdlwyr and OnTheAisle, among others."
it cracked me up!
I know, I saw that. But as a younger member of society, maybe I see you guys as "old straight guys" too :)
My horoscope: "You're seeking some balance, but it's proving a tiny bit elusive. Could it be that you need to jettison some old stuff (or expectations, or feelings) in order to make the scales even out?"
I'm off to take a nap. Has anyone seen my shawl?
