Posted: 6/15/05 at 1:38pmI have yet to go to the Jamba down the street from my office... meaning 10 minute car drive into downtown Bellevue (also known as Blahvue). I wish I could walk places from work... the joys of working in a suburban office park...

You HAVE driven around Bellevue, right? Peaceful and relaxing is not a word I would use.
Last night it took me 45 minutes for an 8 mile drive. Fun!
BTW... changing subjects but don't want to start a thread 'cause the threads I start never take off... everyone gets all excited about hitting Legend status. Well, after hitting the mark within 3 weeks with my new 'alias', I now find myself jealous of people who still have a significant presence online (meaning people know who they are... like them) yet have not hit that 1,001 mark. I want to really celebrate those who take their time to hit that mark... did that mean anything?

Posted: 6/15/05 at 1:49pmI just broke all of my diet principles - a gyro for lunch!!!! Tasty, but I will pay for it the rest of the day. I should have had a Jamba. (Sorry guys, but wy wife and I laughed hard last night when I was telling her the calorie and carb count in JJ)

Posted: 6/15/05 at 1:50pmActually brlwyr that's part of the reason I limit my visits to JJ... however filling, I can't replace a real meal with a liquid meal. Just doesn't work for me.

DD- I know what you mean! There are lots of, how to say it nicely, teeny boppers who waste space on the board and so many people give them attention for it. While others who write intelligent posts, posting only when they have a question or are continuing a thread, and take their time to get to be a legend, may not be recognized as much. I try not to open too many posts by these posters, because they are senseless and stupid.
all this talk about jamba is making me want to go down there....
