Busy afternnon. Two lost dictation tapes had the whole office in an uproar - if you have ever had a tape of dictation lost or erased, you would understand the ruckus, but the tapes were found!!!!

Broadway Bares always happens to be on a weekend when I am out of town. Grrr.
Got some great sun today, sad to have to leave the nice weather in CA. NY is supposed to get thunderstorms on Wednesday when I'm at the yankees game. That sucks.
Going out to get some california rolls for dinner, and then to watch the sunset over the ocean.

Posted: 6/20/05 at 11:30pmHad a nice day... between appts. went 'shopping' (didn't actually buy anything) to Ikea, then after the last one went to linner (late lunch/early dinner) with a friend and enjoyed sitting out in the sun with a couple of beers and a burger. I love Seattle when the weather is nice...

D - that is nice. We had two entire chicken breasts on the grill and I mean 1/2 chicken - the wife cooked perfectly with asparagus.
DD - nice day for you!

Posted: 6/20/05 at 11:56pmI haven't grilled since my ex- and I broke up 2 years ago and I moved out of the house; cooking on the George Forman Grill is just not the same.

Posted: 6/20/05 at 11:58pmIt's an ok substitute when you live in an apt., but if I had a yard I'd totally have a gas grill...

Just watched a beautiful sunset over the ocean. Very peaceful and relaxing to walk along the beach, so different than NY!
Hope everyone had a good day!

Oh sure, don't come up when I'm here to say hi, wait til I'm gone...
I don't get the tourist attraction of carmel. It's pretty and all, but it's boring. Nothing to do.

Posted: 6/21/05 at 12:28amIt is very romantic. And we usually do it for one day and then go to San Francisco for two.

There is something to say for beautiful places where there's nothing to do... it's called relaxing.
I could use that right now.
The weather was so incredibly beautiful today. Warm, not hot, not a cloud in the sky. Now it's cooling off nicely, nice breeze. A reminder of why I do love living here. Makes me second guess my moving plans... until I think about my sister and my niece.
And it's true, the bluest skies are in Seattle.

Posted: 6/21/05 at 10:41amDD - we also had beautiful weather last night - clear and crisp with no humidity. Today it will be warmer and by the weekend - blistering. We are spending Saturday in Michigan.
