Da*n, really? We gave up Showtime, and I was hoping to rent it when it came out... no good, eh?
L - you are quite right to be concerned... I tend to understand the trust on here, cause, heck - we're all united, etc., but it's just a little too scary out there...
You are right, L. She has no idea who you might be. That's scary. Even I don't give out home info... phone number (cell) is one thing, but when I meet people for the first time I usually meet someplace VERY public. And at 14, she should've had her parents meet you first.

obviously, Liotte's in the throes of detox and really can't be held accountable for her actions... she probably thought it was some road company version of Wicked
Beaverhausen, I have it. I bought the Toshiba Tivo dvd burning machine. I love it for many reasons. Not only can I save and burn things to dvd; but the machine is set up so that if you have old videos or lasers that you want to transfer to dvd's you can do so. You can also do the same with home movies. It is great. The Toshiba one is rated a little higher than the Humax one... but the Humax one slightly cheaper. Also the Toshiba machines tivo records 120 hours.
We have 460 miles tomorrow. Not too bad, the traffic will be heavy, but I assume that most construction sites will be shut down. We hope to leave at 8:00 and should be there by 5:00.
on the Ben Franklin Parkway... Art Museum area - media coverage is intense (lead story on the news is Porta-Potty placement!) Apparently, Philly isn't going to be a mirror of London, though - looks like Live 8 in England will be a dry affair - can't see that happening here.
