I prefer the little marshmallows in Count Chocula over the Lucky Charms kind... but only cause the Leprachaun scares me (and I can't spell Leprachaun!) LOL
Wow, what an exciting and busy day to tell you all about. I had 2 job interviews, both of whom the people really liked me they said and will get back to me next Tuesday or Wednesday. Both childcare positions, including summer in the hamptons, and one of the families (with 4 kids) owns an NFL team, so I would travel to all the games with them throughout football season. That would be cool. Then I met Aigoo, who is very cool. She seems much older than 14, I would have guessed 17 (from appearance and mannerisms). We hung out, had dinner, saw Rent, which we both loved (her first time, my, well, more than Wicked and ASU). It was a lovely day and gives me hope about a good job.
That's WONDERFUL, Liotte - I'm beaming reading this... couldn't happen to a sweeter person! Glad you had fun with Aigoo... Did you see anyone else on the streets of Manhattan who recognized you???
I want to go the ASU matinee tomorrow!! Who is going DD???
I saw Harvey Fierstein on 45th and told him I loved him, that was fun. Aigoo was stunned that I just went up to him to say hi.
OMG!!!!!!!! And this is funny---- we did the DRS/Q lotteries (I know you shouldn't do both but we lost both anyway so who cares) and I met Corine at Q. She was talking to a guy who works at the theater, and I overheard her say that she has seen the show a lot and loves it, and she looked familiar, so I tapped her on the shoulder and asked if she was Corine, and she said yes, and I introduced myself as Liotte, from BWW. She said, Oh yes, I've heard of you. I don't go on that site very much though. I thought it was rather funny. And she didn't win Q lotto either.
