Ex being the key word. He was just, well, too slow paced for me. If you couldn't tell from when we all met or from my posts, I need someone very active and outgoing, and who has tons of energy and loves to do so many different things all over the place. He just didn't fit that at all.

Only in the pic in that he calls me on occasion just to say hi, I don't really know why, and we decided to go see the fireworks this year.

She is doing stuff tomorrow with the family she came here with (family friends) and is going back on Sunday, so I don't think so.
Tomorrow I am meeting with a couple old friends from when I lived in Denver (I left in 94), so that will be fun. Or awkward, I don't know which yet.

LOL - you'll probably know in the first fifteen minutes... we are staying clear of Philadelphia tomorrow - Live 8 scares me a bit... may go see War of the Worlds with my brother-in-law tomorrow night (gonna try to block out Cruise - should be a little challenging!)

Change is on the agenda, and lots of it. This, of course, delights you, since there's no state of affairs you enjoy more. Your current companion, however, may not be quite so delighted. Listen to what they have to say.

Greetings to all you Red, White & Blue Mojitos.

Open House on our office floor appears to have been a big success...

Last night went back a 2nd time to see UNSUSPECTING SUSAN before it plays its last performance tomorrow--even more enjoyable; late supper at the Luxembourg...

Though I lost my mobile phone, took me nearly 24 hours to find it exactly where I thought I'd left it...

Interesting to read that Corine says she doesn't post here much...

This morning bought a spur-of-the-moment ticket to PIAZZA for this afternoon's matinee; great seat--6th row center on the aisle; let's see if my response is any different the 2nd time around going in knowing the score...

Seeing SWIMMING IN THE SHALLOWS tonight; it sounds querky and is in the neighborhood...

The last 4th Fireworks display I've seen live was the night of the Bicentennial, LOL; uncomfortable among crowds in public places...

Time for a quick lunch then off to PIAZZA.

You all will be happy to know that I'm back to normal. Saw a show yesterday, seeing a show (maybe 2) tomorrow. I just tried to go to the gym, and alas, I just don't want to. Had my clothes on, at the door of the gym, and was like, why am I here? Forget it. So I'll walk around outside and get some sun, and I think I shall get a pedicure.

Jose', sounds like a fun weekend! I don't mind big crowds so much, hence why I will be at the east river for the Macy's display on Monday.
