Hi guys,
Home with a nasty cold. I was suppose to go tonight to the Sondheim celebration at the Hollywood Bowl. Thats ok.. my seats sucked. My lover went with our friend Tom. Shira is also there but that hussy has press seats. Rumor has it La Streisand will be performing "Somewhere" and presenting him a award alongside Warren Beatty.

I did here Audra Macdonal on the radio talking about what she is doing. I am sorry to miss it but I feel like crap

I moved and sat in the main reserved section behind home plate, so I was under cover. And had fantastic seats!! And we won!

L - yup - but I'm only about 20 mins. from Philly - usually take public transit... I've had jobs that were about 90 minutes away, and that gets old real quick...

Undi- I definitely remember talking about your job, hopefully you will be happy and love this one!

OTA- 20 mins isn't too bad, though I never went more than a 15 minute drive (from when I worked for the IRS). So I guess 20 mins to another state is ok!

My ultimate goal (someday) is to have a job where I can come home for lunch... I'm toying with the idea of just finding a building I like close to the house and just presenting myself at the door...

I thought of you all the other day - went out to lunch about a block further than I usually go and wandered past this storefront - awning on the building, tables and chairs on the sidewalk... the guy I had lunch with mentioned this place, and he took me inside after we had lunch... it was like a mini Whole Foods! Olive Bar, Pastries, tons of cheeses, sandwiches, salads, etc., etc... for Philadelphia, this is a HUGE improvement!

I fall off the wagon too much to go to meetings. They kicked me out ages ago!!
