I am doing well. I have had too much time in the office. My father in law arrives with his family tomorrow for a few days. We get along very well and have a lot of fun.

Where did you get that power combo - from a book? My wife was reading the Ab Diet which seemed to be a book for men.

I eat about 4-5 eggs a month, so I eat the whole egg. Good fat and not a lot of calories and loaded with protein.

Even though it's beautiful outside, I'm gonna spend the evening at home, decompressing. Have loads and loads of laundry to do, for one. Plus the rest of the week lots rather busy, and the weekend I won't be home. I hate wasting a beautiful day inside...

Well, Mr. or Sir Dame, I guess you are not aware that this 38 year old father of three and lawyer is a RENT FREAK!!!!!!!

When my kids returned from Bewitched - the first report was not about the movie but that they saw the Rent trailer.

When my sister from Kansas saw a movie - she immediately called me to report that she saw the Rent trailer. (This is the sister that was with me when I saw Rent on Broadway.)

Well, enjoy yourself.
