and, I'm back in the office...
After I had to dial in to a conference call at 12:45am last night. (But they didn't know I was calling in from a bar )
Saw GLASS MENAGERIE last night.
Excellent!
I need a mojito time!!!
I broke my leg in my absence!

Addy - Good to hear something positive about Menagerie - I'm looking forward to it. Was Slater in, or was it the understudy?
paradox, you broke your leg?!
DG - LOVE your picture. Yearbook?
And, no, Christian Slater is not yet in the show.
Much to our delight, we saw the understudy, Joey Collins who was brilliant!
We all left the theatre in a state of awe over the acting. Each one remarkable, delivering just the right nuanced performance. I have a few minor issues with the set and lighting, but they are truly minor. It's all about the acting, and the cast delivers. I have no idea how Mr. Slater will play the role, but I am beyond pleased to have seen Mr. Collins last night.
Cookie...what's wrong with us? Do we deserve cupcakes and chocolate this afternoon?
Addy..I think they're dying for your review on the main board. :0)
PalJoey, will you swing by and get me, too?
I am so tired of this office. I think I may paint the walls a bright pink.
Maybe an accent wall...
Princeton, I'll go see what they're saying...
I don't think anyone has posted a review yet...you'd be able to post the famous first review!

PJ, take me away!!!
Addy: We must run away to a land of chocolate and cupcakes, methinks...
DG, I love it. I would have had a crush on you in high school
(My high school yearbook picture is so horrifying that I can promise it will never again see the light of day!)
Cookie, what time can you leave?
Addy: I have no idea!!!
*wails*
My yearbook picture will NEVER see the light of day either...
Addy, I feel the same way. We could sit, have a pink drink and watch our yearbooks burn in the fireplace.
PS - for some reason I'm having trouble opening my PMs here at work (must be a pop-up blocker, or something). I see that I have couple of messages, and I'm guessing they're from some of you guys. So, sorry I can't respond. I'll try later when I get home. In the meantime, you have my email...
Sorry for the interruption. Back to the thread...

I must admit it was a bit strange seeing the past loom up before my eyes. I was so angry about that girl in Florida, I let my judgement slip!
And Addy, I can't say there weren't one or two girls whose hearts were broken - but there were also a couple of boys whose days were made
*hugs Cookie* No wailing... just keep working so you can get out of there and play.
Princeton, today I'm in the mood for a pommy marg. Kind of pink.
DG, My high school boyfriend is now happily married to Fred. They live in Boston.
At least you knew who you wanted to be with in High School. It took my boyfriend a little longer to figure it out...
Who wants to meet me for guacamole and pommy margs...with cupcakes for dessert?....
