I so need a pedicure right now...
Addy: I thought we already had that concept in NY... At the Beauty Bar on 14th Street... Manicures and martinis...
But I think I'd rather have K's meal at Daniel instead...

Cookie -- as a matter of fact I do (althought the vineyards escape me):
Vueve was poured during appetizers
Sancerre was pured with crab and sea bass (I know that makes you happy)
Cote du Rhone with the beef pairings
More champagne with desert and a cognac (Courvoisier XO Imperial) with the petis fores and truffles!

Posted: 3/2/05 at 10:35pmSpeaking of food, has anyone been to the Ollie's up by Columbia lately? They redid the whole decor in there so that it's like a chic Ollie's. Very cool.

Oooh... Sancerre... Did they give you the warm madeleines? They're my favourite...
Addy, you better eat and rest! You've got a big day tomorrow and you need your strength! And you better eat well in FL to make up for all of this too!
And Mr. Rask will be basking in the glorious food of PR soon. Eat up on the lechon, the pernil, tostones, and arroz con frijoles!

It's been brought to my attention that some of you may not know what Maypo is. It's a maple flavored instant oatmeal that I've eaten ever since I was a little tiger cub in New England.
Don't forget the empanadillas, Cookie!! Anything at la casa de Titi is WONDERFUL!! I'll come home 10 lbs fatter!! (but 10 lbs happier!!)

You better be eating well, Mr. Rask... Island food is pretty much comfort food... mofongo, pasteles, arroz con pollo, pollo sofrito....
*drool*
K: The selling point of the madeleines is that they are WARM when served in that cute little folded napkin thingy...
