beach house?
We are going to the beach for my parents anniverary... in a month! Oh my! I just realized a month from now I'll be back home. Yikes!
Anyway... we don't own a beach house. I wish.

Oh, I thought you said you go to the beach when you are there. My bad.
I wish I was going to CR in a month! But I will be in Chicago in a month!

Posted: 4/28/06 at 7:26pmOh yeah... I usually leave for the beach after a couple of days at home. Just not to our property. We usually rent a cabin.

Posted: 4/28/06 at 7:30pmAh, yes, I need to do that. THough I don't think I can afford a whole cabin on the beach. Any youth hostels in Manuel Antonio?

I don't know... but I'm sure there are inexpensive places to stay.
You could also go camping.

Wow, $15 a night for a 2 bed mixed dorm?
I can't book for Dec, I don't know if it's full or they aren't taking reservations that far in advance. But count me in! Who's coming with me??

I'll have to wait to see what my family's plans are. Plus I don't think they'll let me stay at the hostel... I'm too old.
I'm off... catch you later.

Go Lakers, Go Lakers . . . up at the half.
It has been a long week. I ditched the pancakes and went straight for the Merlot!
Have a great weekend everyone.

Chocolate chip pancakes are better than Merlot.
Had a great night at Wedding Singer, such a fun show. Got to chat with one of the producers for a bit afterwards which was cool.

Posted: 4/29/06 at 12:15amLiotte, I just got home from that lousy game. The only good thing was they corporate boxes and I saw three buddies that I hadn't seen in a while.

Posted: 4/29/06 at 12:16amSo I just saw, sorry they lost! Hopefully the Yankees will do better this weekend and ESPECIALLY next week again Boston. Are you going to any of those games?

Posted: 4/29/06 at 12:20amI am going Sunday but I don't have Red Sox tix. There is only one weekend series with the Bosox this year which is unusual.

Posted: 4/29/06 at 12:24amI have tickets for this upcoming series (tues and thurs), and then one in June (the 5th and 7th), and 2 games in Sept (15th and 17th). That's it for my Yankees-Red Sox tickets, but I have a bunch of other games.

Up by 4 with 44 seconds and the ball.
This would put us up 2 to 1.
I don't care how they win. Just win baby!
BTW - how was WS tonight? How full?

Posted: 4/29/06 at 1:13amI'd say about 80% full from what I could see. It was so fun! I really do like that show a lot!

LAKERS WIN.
This is now getting fun.
They are the 7 seed, Phoenix is the 2 seed.
Hmmmmm.

Though not many else would care - it would be fun to see the Lakers play the Clippers in the next round.
While the Clippers have better stats, I am still a Lakers fan.
Yeah!
And 80% full, how long do you think it will be around with the reviews it has received?
I think tomorrow morning is screaming for pancakes!

Local series are always fun, you should try to go!
And I don't know how well it will do, they are starting a huge marketing campaign this sunday, ads on radio, tv commercial, big colorful NYtimes ads, billboards, etc, so hopefully it will do well this summer and be around for awhile.
