I think it was poorly written and executed. The scene toward the end where Rosie is sad because she can't have a baby dissolves into a let's tickle each other scene. Any point that scene was trying to make was lost.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
