I work as a customer service representative for an insurance company and it is just awful. Hardly any customers are civil human beings, and if they're not screaming at you because they aren't getting their way, they're as dense as humanly possible. Anyone else agree with me?

If insurance companies weren't usuallt bastards, your job might be more pleasant.

Well, it takes a certain mindset to make it work, and some people just dont have that particular skill. That's all I'm saying.

It's tough being a CS rep, but it's just as tough being a customer, and they aren't getting paid.

Just sayin'.
