I'm pretty sure these were photoshopped, but it was pretty amusing. Had me fooled. I'll probably go check it out, just in case. I don't really pay attention to these things as my mind is on OTHER things at the moment.
My favorite blooper is in BATMAN, in the art gallery scenes, with the painting...
And then there's a scene in some movie, I can't remember which, with somebody eating a sandwich that, in the first shot, is whole, scened shot, is half gone, third shot, one bite's gone, and then in the last shot, it's gone.. or something.
They had a special about bloopers on VH1 not too long ago. One of them was Elizabeth Shue's character drinking with everyone at the end of Cocktail when she was supposed to be pregnant.

I just rewatched I <3 Huckabees last night, and noticed that when Dustin Hoffman gives his cell phone to Lilly Tomlin, it's upside down, and she progresses to talk on the phone w/ the numbers up/upside down.
But when did New Hampshire become--Such a backward wasteland of seatbelt hating crazies?...I mean, only 40 people actually live there. The others are just visitors who come for the tax-free liquor and three inches of novelty coastline. John Hodgeman on The Daily Show (1-30-07)
