Why am I still at work?

I'm not one to create woe-is-me threads, but I've done nothing since 9am, and they're still making me sit around till at least midnight to wait for documents to arrive, so that I, in turn, can then get them copied, bound, and sent out to other people by 8am tomorrow. There are more than a few things wrong with this picture...

End rant.

WW, tell that to my co-worker who worked for 52 hours straight...welcome to the world of law.

And Elphaba, I do get overtime, so I know I can't complain too much...it's the career I chose, yada yada...I just needed a moment to vent!

Okay, but keep that on the DL. I successfully used that line on my boss who wanted me to work fron 8am until the store closed at 1am. (He wanted me to do that on a weekly basis.)

Sorry for the tedium. I hope this is just "waiting around" and doesn't require any actual work so you can amuse yourself in the meantime.

Thanks for the sympathy I don't have any work in the meantime which I suppose is nice, though I'd rather just do what I have to do and then go home...

...but in the meantime, there's always BWW

That sucks. At least you get to go online to bust yourself. My work has banned internet/email that is not business related.
