To "yo"- Big freaking deal. Oh my, there's gay people in the theatre. Dear sweet lord, must there actually be some sort of community where it's somewhat of a nonevent to be gay? There's no chance that some people might actually be "louder" than others and have no problem expressing that in a community where, for the most part, no one cares? Good heavens, no.

Despite what Tunnel Vision may tell you, there are a majority of shows which depict straight families and relationships overwhelmingly over homosexual ones. If you can watch an episode of Friends where every straight character gets on each other, what is different from Will and Grace where everyone gets on each other.
