I did a search and didn't find anything.
This video has been generating A LOT of bad buzz in the press and with word of mouth. Some people like it, some people hate it. There was an article yesterday on MSN.com (which is how I found out about it) but I can't find the link to it now.
I like it. I think it's very funny..
It has two videos for some reason. So pause one and let the other play.
Here it is.
The biggest problem with this skit is that it's not funny.

I thought it was funny. I don't know, maybe it's just the fact that a cute two year old girl is saying "Give me my money bitch!". lol.
I didn't know it was controversial, but it sure is making its way through the college circut, where it is a hit. It's on the same level as Alanis singing "My Humps."
(Spoilers, if you can spoil such a thing)
I like it when Pearl screams "GIVE ME MY MONEEEEEEEEEEY!" in that screech only toddlers are capable of. Useally I find it in bad taste when children are asked to curse in a film/show/sketch, but for whatever reason I still found this funny. Her dress, the scared roomate ("She's a monster") ... how is it not funny? "I'm not drunk, I'm just buzzed!"

I don't think it's funny. It's also poor taste to make a toddler say things like that.

Crying "poor taste" is the first vestige of the scoundrel.
I have no issue with a toddler cursing I just don't think it's funny.
If they would have the girl say some real ****ed up ****, that would have been funnier and a lot more controversial.
i thought it was really funny... and not controversial at all...
I'm sorry, I thought that was hysterical.
This "Pearl" Video has been around for a bit.
It did make me laugh, and then kind of go ummmm.
But "Pearl" is the daughter of the co-producer of the short.
Even a more significant question, someone give Will Ferrell a haircut. I think he needs to be on next week's Shear Design.
Or, perhaps he realizes that viral videos are a great way to keep some sort of edge.
If you did not find it funny, then perhaps your time was wasted viewing it. I laughed. Others laughed, and it is being talked about.
ok the little girl is cute...but to make her say those things isn't really all that funny.
but i am fairly fond of Alanis' version of "My Humps" just because I hated the original so much to see it changed so drastically was an improvement in my mind.
I find it very funny. It seems like child exploitation, but then again, the girl's parents probably are in fault, and enjoying the money they got from their daughter's gig.
oh man. it's hilarious.
One of the parents is one of Ferrell's longtime collaborators. This was just a couple of friends having some fun.
"It was the brainchild of Ferrell and his longtime collaborator Adam McKay, director and co-writer of Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.
It co-stars McKay's 2-year-old daughter, whose real name is Pearl, but does not curse like that when off camera, McKay tells PEOPLE.
"Fortunately she is in this great stage now where she repeats anything you say to her and then forgets it right away, which is key," says McKay, who has two daughters by his wife of 11 years, actress Shira Piven (Jeremy's sister).
Adds McKay, "She has not said the B-word since we shot the thing."
The video was shot on a lark a little over a month ago in Ferrell's guesthouse during a break in the third birthday party for Ferrell's son Magnus."
Pearl Revealed
I thought that was hilarious.
I don't know anyone who hasn't found this hilarious. I used to do the same thing with my little sisters; they would just repeat ANYTHING to comedic effect. But they have to be just the right age so they can mimic without retaining.
That is SO funny.
That was really funny.
I though that video was HYSTERICAL.
HILARIOUS!

I know a lot of people are bashing it just because the little girl is cusing...I have no problem with it. The kid isn't even going to remember she did it in a month. lol.
And that's the director or Talledegga Nights two year old daughter. And apparently the mom was standing on the side watching her because at the end she says, "Come mommy". So they were okay with it.
I think it's hilarious!
