Having seen the models for what the new TKTS booth will look like (It's over at Mauk Design's website, if anyone's interested), I'm *very* curious to see how this thing shuts down at night.

I don't want to get into the choice of the word 'pretty', but to me, Times Square just seems to be getting better and better. Is it overly commercialized? Sure, but I don't have a problem with that. For those of us old enought to remember that neighborhood in the 70s, the current environment is a vast improvement.
