Rath, you gotta realize that Patty Duke came into the world of celebrity becasue she, as a child, was on of the people who helped blow-open the quiz show scandal way back when.

I saw video footage of Shatner singing Elton John's "Rocket Man" with a Rat Pack-esque accent, clicking his fingers, quasi-dancing...honestly, I haven't been the same since.

Heart, there is a great therapist in NYC who specializes in Shatner Shock. He uses calming lavender aroma therapy and guided imagery of Leonard Nimoy's Spock ears, coupled with audio of Jim Nabors singing 'Moon River' and old Peter Lemongello videos. It's quite effective and it helped me tremendously.
