I got an audio file that's for winamp (.7z), but, as a Mac user who's computer illiterate, I have nooooooo clue how to get it to work.
Help, please?

I have actually never heard of .7z until now. I looked it up, and it's not a Winamp file, but a compressed archive file (like .zip). You'll need something to convert it.
Try this:

I have never gotten one, so I am not sure if WinRAR can handle it, but I definitely know 7Zip can.
