I'm off to Ithaca for my interview tomorrow for their Theatre Arts Management major. My portfolio is insane- I doubt I even have the right stuff in it...

Thanks everyone. I just got back...and I'm exhausted. I figured I had it easy by going and not auditioning like the performers, but just interviewing. Well, after getting there at 8:30, it was still 12:30 before I was seen, and almost all the actors had finished already.
Either way, I guess the interview went okay. The best part was his last question as I was leaving: "So, are you going to see our matinee of Seussical in an hour?" "Well, I'd love to, but as I understand, it's completely sold out and there's already a waiting list." At that moment, one of the box office staff (One of the members of the program I was trying to get into) walks by, hears this, and says "Oh, Hi. I'm the box office manager. We just had a couple cancel their seats. Row D. You want them?" Even better was when she told me prospective students get in free.
The set was beyond impressive. The acting was incredible. Lighting was insanely brilliant. Sound wasn't perfect, but it wasn't bad. Costumes were great.
So I was kind of hoping that I'd go there and wouldn't like it too too much, so when I get rejected it isn't too big of a let down. Sadly, I've now fallen in love with the ice cold school.

Glad you're interview went well! My acting audition at Point Park was Friday. It went okay, I suppose.
