Broadway86, I realize this thread is completely subjective, but I couldn’t disagree more with your assessment of Grace Kelly in Rear Window (“not exactly her best work”). I think she’s absolutely perfect in RW: smart, sexy, funny, charming, brave…everything she should be to justify those looks of admiration Jimmy Stewart keeps throwing her. As gorgeous as she was, I think she’s a little bland in most of her other movies; watching Rear Window, I can’t take my eyes off her.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I watched the movie again last night, and she was fine. For some reason, I remember her being more wooden. I just took her off the list.
