These are the 12 that I currently download and listen to with a certain amount of consistency. Always looking for something new, since it's clear I'm a little mired in Public Radio.

Some of my favorites (besides a lot of the one's you listed):
The Moth - They use Moth excerpts on This American Life occasionally so you've probably heard of it.
The Slate Magazine Daily Podcast - I like the Cultural, Political and Double X Gabfests, they also do a sports show that I don't listen to.
Real Time with Bill Maher - Just the audio from the show.
Firewall & Iceberg - Alan Sepinwall and Dan Fienberg talk about TV.
The B.S. Report with Bill Simmons - I have no real interest in sports, but he often does shows that are not sports related and is an impressive interviewer.
Wait Wait Don't Tell Me! - I know you said that you are already NPR heavy, but it's so awesome!

Sepinwall has a podcast? Now I feel like I really missed out.
Love The BS Report with Bill Simmons. Definitely a good interviewer and some of his strictly pop culture stuff like the two-part 9/02/10 day podcast was pretty entertaining. Sports talk radio's way to 'guy talk' for my tastes, so Simmons has been a breath of fresh air for me since his column 'Is Roger Clemens The Anti-Christ?'.
Fresh Air is another podcast for me.
