Posted: 11/28/11 at 2:48pmSo, our Wii died and I'm looking to replace it, and the ads for the Xbox Kinect have piqued my interest. However, before I lay out the money, I was wondering if anyone here could provide any input. Thanks.

I would say the Xbox is a worthwhile investment. They have a ton of great games and the best online service by far. I use mine to play games, stream Netflix, and Hulu.
I would say pass on the Kinect though. It's a really cool technology but there are hardly any good games out there for it. Especially if you don't have kids.
It would probably save you at least a hundred bucks...and you can always add it on later if you decide to want one.
