Hooray, I bought a Yoga Book/Card Deck box. I can't wait to start imitating the silver haired woman who so easily puts her body in all these different positions.
I'm going to hurt myself...Lol.

Ahhh, I just finished another session of Yoga. The Cat Position was my favorite. Lol. Or maybe the Eagle one.
So full of ... life now.
